Full Hearts is a visual novel centered around Hayato Ahearne, an 18 year old starting his last year of high school. After a freak accident where he almost loses his life, Hayato discovers he has Hemophilia A, thinness of the blood. As a safety precaution, his father enrolls him in St. Ibaraki’s School for the Physically Disabled, a school designed for physically disabled students. Hayato is now being thrust into a new life, far from home, and around anybody he knows. As Hayato, you must tread carefully into this new chapter of his life, decide how to handle stressful situations, which path to take, and how to best survive the last year of high school in a completely new environment.
