Rina is hard working and very diligent with her hobbies, but often finds herself doubting her own abilities. She likes to joke, relax, and listen to music whenever possible. Although, only her closest friends will see this side of her. Rina tries to keep her personality “in check” around classmates and colleagues, not because she doesn’t trust them, but because she is afraid of how they might respond. Would they enjoy her sense of humor? Would people be turned off by her? She doesn’t know, and she’d rather not find out whether or not someone she enjoys the company of, might not enjoy hers. All that being said, she does tend to take a liking to anyone who becomes friends with her best friend Heiwako, as Heiwako was the first friend she made at St. Ibaraki’s.
